Task Performed: The Words Warriors spearheaded a comprehensive media outreach campaign for the USDA's $2.2 billion Discrimination Financial Assistance Program, spanning 29 U.S. states and territories. They designed graphics, managed social media content, and facilitated outreach to Spanish-speaking communities, resulting in increased program awareness and engagement.

  • Publications and Print Media Support: Words Warriors LLC managed a comprehensive media outreach effort for the $2.2 billion USDA Discrimination Financial Assistance Program (DFAP) across 29 U.S. states and territories. Served as official USDA spokespersons, conducting “on-the-record” interviews across various media networks. Arranged print and radio ad buys. Provided weekly status updates to USDA.

  • Photographic Support: Provided photographs for inclusion in DFAP social media, nationwide newsletter, and newspapers.

  • Social Media Support: Provided content for social media to encourage farmers to apply for the DFAP. The social media platforms included Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.

  • Media Relations and Engagement Support: Coordinated marketing outreach to mass media and multicultural press through Agility PR Solutions. Developed media guidelines adopted by over 20 field offices and conducted media relations training with Windsor Group LLC to equip interviewees and applicants with media engagement skills.

  • Translation Services Support: Translated advertisements, mailers, and press releases into Spanish language with certified translators. Conducted print and broadcast interviews in English and Spanish in multiple media markets.
