Dilek Doski is a Government Affairs Specialist and Political Analyst with over six years of experience spanning U.S. and Middle Eastern policy environments. She currently serves as an independent contractor specializing in media strategy and energy-sector communications in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. She has assisted with stakeholder engagement and strategic media communications, including work connected to the Association of the Petroleum Industry of Kurdistan (APIKUR) and its member companies, such as HKN Energy Ltd. and DNO ASA.
Dilek holds an M.A. in International Affairs from American University, Washington, D.C., where she was awarded the Mustafa Barzani Peace Fellowship, and a B.A. in Government from Suffolk University, Boston. Her experience includes roles with the Embassy of the State of Qatar, the Wilson Center, and the Kurdistan Regional Government, where she has led legislative analysis, advanced policy research, and supported high-level diplomatic engagement.
